Tamilla Triantoro

Tamilla Triantoro is an Associate Professor at Quinnipiac University’s School of Business. Her research examines human-AI interaction, AI personality effects, and the distributional consequences of AI adoption across workforces and communities. Her current work considers how the design of AI systems shapes access, agency, and equity for the people who use them. She is co-author of Converging Minds: The Creative Potential of Collaborative AI (Routledge, 2024).  She earned her PhD in Information Systems from the City University of New York.
