Yuke Li earned her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Peking University in 2011 and completed her Ph.D. in Political Science at Yale University in 2018, under the guidance of Professor Thomas Pogge. She subsequently received postdoctoral training from Professor A. Stephen Morse at Yale’s Department of Electrical Engineering, supported by a U.S. Army Research Office grant. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she conducted research at the Westlake Institute for Advanced Study in China. Her primary research interests include game theory, multi-agent systems, and their applications in international relations, as well as Chinese foreign policy. In her spare time, she collaborates with Yang Lan — a renowned television host in China and ambassador for Beijing’s 2008 Olympic Games bid — and her team to organize dialogues among notable figures from academia, business, and politics. These dialogues aim to foster mutual understanding between China and the rest of the world. Yuke is currently a visitor at the Yale Global Justice Program.
