Tendayi Bloom is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Global Justice Program at Yale. Her research explores the relationship of individual noncitizens with States. She also looks at the implications of noncitizenship in particular in situations arising from migration and statelessness, for example, and she examines the way in which a variety of actors participate in the construction of the noncitizen-State relationship, including States, individual noncitizens and citizens, and private corporate actors.
